This beachfront estate is surrounded by lush gardens within the exclusive Punta Bella development. You will recognize this landmark property for its more than 100 palm trees (coconut, Washingtonians and other exotic palms) and the variety of Bougainvillea’s.

Traditional roof tile, teak floors, verandas and top of the line amenities make for an enjoyable stay. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes with all the modern appliances necessary to prepare meals for an event or intimate dinner. The six bedrooms offer private entrances and en suite baths.

Outdoors you will find expansive terraces, tropical landscaping, swimming pool and Jacuzzi and of course the breathing views of the ocean. There are several sitting areas and outdoor dining area where you can enjoy a delicious meal.

EVENTS: Villa Captiva can accommodate weddings, parties, and events of up to 100 guests (seated or standing). Up to 50 people $5,000.00, 51-75 people $7,500.00 and 76-100 people $10,000.00
