Take in the gorgeous Pacific Ocean view through the floor to ceiling windows of this ocean view villa. With over 9,000 sq ft of living space everyone is sure to have their own privacy, yet come together as a group.

The infinity pool has a sweeping view of the ocean and puts you in your own tropical oasis. Attached to the pool is a hot tub with waterfall. One of the most private pools in Pedregal. The patio features a two level design. On the upper level the grill area is fully built in bar and outdoor kitchen complete with overhead arbor. The infinity edge pool still provides amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, but gives way to a lower level patio. The lower level has not one, but two gas fire pits with plenty of oversized seating.

Just a short 5 minute walk and you are standing on the sandy beach of the pacific. The Villa is located in the luxurious gated community of Pedregal, less than 5 minutes from downtown Cabo.The patio features a two level design. If you thought the outside was great, wait till you experience the plush fine furnishings and views from the inside. The large windows pull the warm sun into the large open living area and huge cooks kitchen. Each suite has a private bathroom with walk in shower overlooking the ocean, dual sinks, TV/DVD player, it’s own a/c unit and balcony with a terrace. Wake up each morning to the sound of the crashing waves outside your door. Six of the bedrooms will enjoy ocean views, while the seventh bedroom will has its own private hot tub. The master suite has a jetted tub and glamour bath.

Villa Esperanza can accommodate wedding parties/events of up to 75 guests (sit down) and 100 (standing). One-night additional rental fee + $550 HOA permit (minimum 3-night rental required).
No all male groups allowed.
