Pedregal is a gated community of 330 acres that sprawls over a mountain and has two beaches. Home to some of the most luxurious villas in Cabo, it is also known as the “Beverly Hills” of Cabo.
It started in 1974 when a young architect, Don Manuel Diaz Rivera, from Mexico City visited the area and saw it had great potential. He made Pedregal his home and carefully started to plan and design the then barren land into the prestigious development it is today.
Behind the gates, the premier community of Pedregal features custom villas with ocean views, beachfront or marina views that are visible from all along the mountainside. The villas range from three bedroom retreats to twelve bedroom estates with full staffs. Pedregal is a favorite for many visitors because of the premier amenities and close access to restaurants, bars, tennis courts, spa and wellness facilities and the Cabo San Lucas Marina. It is just a short three minute drive over the hill or a short walk from the Marina side to downtown Cabo.
