Casa Arroyo Azul

Named Arroyo Azul for the unusual shape of the pool that starts at the cascading Jacuzzi and then like a river runs to the oasis palapa swim up bar. Located 30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from San Jose del Cabo and 50 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. The house is in the development, El Encanto which borders the East side of the new marina project called Puerto Los Cabos. The land rises at a steep grade from the Sea of Cortez with southern exposure, giving all home sites, beautiful ocean views from sunrise to sunset. Casa Arroyo Azule is on the 3rd row back from the beach, and has four bedrooms all with king beds and full baths. There are ocean views from every room in the house, a Viking kitchen, 110 inch overhead projection theater and speakers throughout. The pool and Jacuzzi are mosaic tile with a swim up bar at the palapa.

The sunken palapa bar is fully equipped with an icemaker, sink, and refrigerator. 4 king lounge beds, 2 in the sun and 2 in the shade provide great chill factor day or night. The outdoor shaded dining table and BBQ area are perfect for big late lunches. Palmilla Point is 7 miles to the right (west) and Punta Gorda is 4 miles to the left (east). The garden is overgrown with tropical plants and coco palms.

Arroyo Azul is all about the quiet surrounding desert, the whale migration (Dec-April), the epic surf spots on the East Cape, deep sea fishing, golf, siesta, beach combing on nearly deserted beaches, scuba diving, poolside spa treatments, surf lessons, ocean temperatures ranging from 72 to 92 degrees, daytime air temperature ranging from 70 to 100, BBQing poolside, dinner in one of the two dozen great restaurants 10 minutes away in San Jose del Cabo and room for plenty of friends and family to join you.

This amazing home is only 7 miles from historical downtown San Jose del Cabo and only 15 miles from the airport. Puerto Los Cabos Marina and golf are just 5 miles from this property.
