Casa Yvonne is a newly built contemporary home located in San Jose del Cabo’s exclusive Puerto Los Cabos/Fundadores development. Located just 25 minutes from San Jose International Airport, the 6 bedroom 10,000 sq.ft. architectural home is available for rental all year round. This home was featured in in the Cabo Mood magazine and is widely considered one of the finest homes in all of Cabo.

Casa Yvonne features two equal large-sized Master bedroom suite. Luxurious spa bathrooms with double sinks, oversized soaking tubs, and indoor and outdoor showers. Each of these Master Suites includes a spacious private balcony overlooking the ocean. In room amenities include large plasma TV’s with DVD players, Crestron control for house satellite radio and iPod, as well as separate in room AC for both bathroom and bedroom.

Three luxurious guest suites, each with a separate entrance off the central courtyard. Two of the suites have King Beds. The other has two Queen Beds. Each has its own private bathroom with oversized shower and double sinks. In room amenities include large plasma TV’s with DVD players, Crestron control for house satellite radio and iPod, as well as separate in room AC for both bathroom and bedroom.

The separate loft-style bedroom that also doubles as an in-house office, features three separate work-stations, an iMac computer and printer, fax machine, as well as LED TV with DVD player. The room also contains its own Crestron control for satellite and iPod music. In addition, it has its own private bathroom with shower, and features a retractable windowed wall that opens up to a private outdoor garden. The office has a built-in seating area and upper “bunk” beds, that can be used as additional sleeping options. Pull out Poliform sofas provide yet further sleeping options.

One of the most spectacular features of Casa Yvonne is its sprawling infinity pool and deck. The pool’s total length is 77 feet and overlooks the Sea Of Cortez. The infinity pool has a waterfall that originates at the Jacuzzi, above. The deck has access to the home’s central sound system with six JBL concert-style speakers throughout. Several lounging and seating options are available for sun and shade. The main level has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a Viking BBQ, sink and fridge.

Accessible via a stairway off the pool area, the second story, private observation deck contains built-in seating and a 10-foot long outdoor fire-pit. The roof deck provides unparalleled views of the Sea of Cortez, from the East Cape down to Palmilla Point and provides a spectacular vantage point from which to watch Cabo’s famous sunset.

The great room was designed as an open loft and serves as the center of activity within Casa Yvonne. The 50 x 30 foot room features retractable glass pocket doors that run the entire length of the room and fully open the space to a covered patio dining area and the outside ocean view. The interior is equipped with a large, well-stocked Tequila bar with sink and ice-maker, large dining table and regulation-sized pool table. A 65” plasma TV hangs above the 20 foot long fireplace. The home theater system is accessible via an iPad-based Crestron system that controls the Blu Ray/DVD, AppleTV, Digital Cable and 5.1 Digital Dolby surround sound home theater. The iPad control also provides access to the house SiriusXM Satellite radio and iPod accessible music system. Like all of the other rooms within Casa Yvonne, the great room contains its own, separately controlled AC units.

The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a double Viking refrigerator and freezer, a six burner plus grill Professional Viking range and two Viking dishwashers.
Casa Yvonne is equipped with all the necessary cooking supplies and appliances for foodies or those who pretend to be. The kitchen fully opens through retractable sliding glass doors onto the adjacent central courtyard.

The guest suites and bedroom loft surround the central courtyard, which contains a large reflecting pool water feature. Located within the courtyard is also an outdoor lounging area which provides the perfect environment for evening cocktails or simply a quiet area to relax or read. Double kitchen doors into the kitchen retract to keep an open flow essentially from the entrance of Casa Yvonne though the kitchen.

Casa Yvonne will come staffed with the on-site house manager. The house manager lives in a separate apartment located on the lower level of the home, accessible through its own entrance and separate from the main living area. Additional butler, bar tender, and concierge service is available for accommodating all your needs during your stay.

The state-of-the-art Crestron sound system is available in each room of the house including all terraces. The system allows for access to SiriusXM satellite music as well as iPod music. The system allows for access to multiple iPods via both dock as well as AirPlay, all controlled via remote from a control in each room and IPad. High speed wifi is available throughout the home as well as access to landline phones. Every bedroom in the house is equipped with Plasma TVs with Satellite TV and DVD players.

Guests of Villa Yvonne have the opportunity to hire the villas 50 Viking Yacht with Captain, which is docked in the local marina.
